  2. It comprises of two sub-modules namely Sales Management and Customer Management.

  3. Complaint Handling and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)/Service Modules
  4. This module covers all activities starting from signing of contract and processing of customer’s complaints. The complaint handling sub-module caters for complaint handling and assigning of these complaints to maintenance force for its resolution. Issuance of spares from the store its usage and return of unconsumed spare parts to the store has also been incorporated in the system

  5. Field / Sales Force Handling & Tracking Modules
  6. It helps management to communicate with the staff in the field, whereas will facilitate field force to fetch information from data base and update management relating to their activities. Instead of manual “Information Sheet”, maintenance staff will use their cell phones or tablets
